About Danny

At the forefront of the fashion industry for over three decades, Danny Santiago is one of today’s most sought after stylists and fashion editors. Born and raised in Miami, Danny graduated from the “Miami International University of Art and Design” in 1982 winning the prestigious “Fashion Design Award”. Danny’s work and vision have majorly shaped and influenced the fashion scene in Miami during the ’80s and early ’90s and through his tenure as fashion director of Ocean Drive Magazine, he almost single-handedly managed to turn Miami into one of America’s most re-known fashion destinations. Known since the early days for his theatrical sense of couture, Danny’s amazing imagination soon sky-rocketed him into international stardom. With regular contributions to publications like Vogue, Harpers Bazaar, Elle, W, L’Officiel, GQ amongst others, Danny has collaborated with some of today’s most creative visual artists and photographers. His roster of celebrity clients includes Bad Bunny, Maluma, Sarah Jessica Parker, Dwayne Johnson, Gloria Estefan, Jennifer Lopez, Shakira, Lenny Kravitz, Ricky Martin, Penelope Cruz, Madonna, Prince, Mary J. Blige, Janet Jackson, and more. Danny has also lent his eye to the world of celluloid and was recruited in 2008 by academy award nominated Patricia Field to co-costume design ‘Sex and the City’ (the movie), ‘Confessions of a Shopaholic’ and ‘Sex and the City 2’. Furthermore, he has styled all 7 seasons of the USA network show ‘Burn Notice’, 2 seasons of the USA network show Graceland, and Season 1 of the HBO hit show “Ballers”.
